biggest mistake done by traders are thinking first about profit not loss

the professional traders like me think how much i loose

in professional trading with me our loss will be maximum 10% from my buy price(in rare case higher)

we always cut loss and hold our profitable trade until it doesn't turn negative from up trend

let me give u any example

you are having two factory

factory A is making loss
factory B is making profit

what will you do? obvious thing is that you will either sell factory A which is making loss or close out it and will continue run the factory B which is making money for you

in stock market people do against the natural law like sell out profit making stock and holding loss making stock

in my professional trading we will cut loss and will hold position which are in profit and will book profit when it turns negative from positive

It was quite week for the market and market end with marginal loss.

As per March month rollover data there is call writing at 5900 strike price so nifty fu will face strong resistance at this levels.

In the last week we have talk about gap up opening and rising wedge,on the daily chart index has break down from rising wedge now we may see steep price fall in coming fall to fill the gaps which are placed at 5560-5496 in the next 2 week.

On the daily chart nifty has made out side bar with more the last three month volume which is also big thing in technical analysis and can be considered as first sign of big trend reversal.

Other then this on daily chart there is “Expanding Triangle” and as per this formation wave E falls to 100 to 1.618% of wave A and as per this it will fall up to 15851 and can have maximum up side of 20556.

And also don’t forget that as per larger degree wave C we have pending target of 16000.
